The Government has updated the Vlasna Sprava (Own Business) program. Starting September 1, 2026, the program will operate under a new model. This was announced by Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

This is a full cycle of support for both those who are just planning to start their own business and for existing entrepreneurs:

🔹for business startup — from UAH 100,000 to 300,000 (with the possibility of increasing to UAH 500,000);

🔹for scaling up — from UAH 500,000 to UAH 1.5 million (with the possibility of increasing to UAH 2.5 million).

The grant amount depends on the number of jobs created, the region, the industry, and the applicant’s category. Funds can be used for equipment, rent and renovation of premises, digitalization, marketing, team expansion, and production development.

Under the Made in Ukraine policy, microgrants have already helped over 34,000 Ukrainians start businesses, create 60,000 jobs, and inject over UAH 6.8 billion into the economy.

“This year, we have expanded the program’s opportunities for combat veterans, people with war-related disabilities and their families, as well as the families of fallen defenders—increasing microgrants to UAH 300,000–500,000 depending on the number of jobs created, and for young people—up to UAH 200,000 to start a business,” noted the Head of Government. “We are working to ensure that opportunities to start one’s own business are available in communities across the country.”
