Yulia Svyrydenko: Government to allocate reserve fund resources to support the Vyshneve community

Following last night’s russian attack, Vyshneve in the Kyiv region has suffered the most extensive damage to its residential areas since the start of the full-scale invasion. A total of 13 hectares of residential development were damaged. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.

“Given the scale of the destruction, the Government will allocate resources from the reserve fund to support the community, including the restoration of housing damaged by the russian attack. I discussed the need for swift decisions with the President,” Yulia Svyrydenko said.

Emergency response centres have been operating in the town since the night, where residents can receive urgent assistance and advice on applying for compensation. Around 500 State Emergency Service personnel and more than 400 police officers are working at the scene.

“I thank Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko and Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk for their effective coordination of the response. My sincere gratitude goes to all rescuers, deminers, utility workers and everyone involved in dealing with the aftermath of the enemy attack and helping the community recover,” the Prime Minister said.
