Ukraine is opening up transparent exports of defense technologies.
“Ukrainian manufacturing will help our partner countries, while our industry will gain additional resources for growth.
Supplying the Armed Forces is an absolute priority,” said Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
