Yulia Svyrydenko: Nearly 6,300 more people will be able to receive housing certificates under eVidnovlennia

Nearly 6,300 more people will be able to receive housing certificates under eVidnovlennia to purchase new housing in place of that destroyed due to russian aggression. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.

“The Government has allocated UAH 8.8 billion from the reserve fund of the state budget to finance such compensations,” the Head of Government reported. “In total for 2025, more than 67,000 families have received compensation for housing damaged or destroyed by russia, amounting to over UAH 31.5 billion.”

Yulia Svyrydenko added that a new component of eVidnovlennia for internally displaced persons from temporarily occupied territories was launched on 1 December. It provides a housing voucher worth UAH 2 million, which can be used to buy an apartment or house, invest in construction, or apply towards the first payment or repayment of an existing mortgage. At the first stage, the programme is available to IDPs who have the status of a combat veteran or a person with a war-related disability.

Applications for participation in the programme are still being accepted.

Persons whose housing has been damaged or destroyed as a result of russian aggression may submit an information notice through an administrative service centre, a notary, or via the Diia app or portal: https://erecovery.diia.gov.ua/
