The Government held a conference call with the regions to discuss humanitarian issues. The focus was on housing for IDPs, support for vulnerable groups, and the functioning of social infrastructure. This was reported by Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

“We are working to expand the network of temporary housing and social support. Of UAH 1 billion in subsidies, regions have already allocated nearly UAH 700 million for housing for IDPs, particularly for people with limited mobility and people with disabilities. Fourteen regions have already fully utilized the allocated funds,” the Head of Government noted.

At the same time, the meeting participants highlighted delays in the Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, and Poltava regions.

A draft program to purchase 1,000 homes in rural areas for IDPs was discussed separately.
