Yulia Svyrydenko: We are supporting education in Mykolaiv region and frontline areas

At an extraordinary meeting, the Government reallocated an additional UAH 30.6 million to support the operations of higher education institutions in Mykolaiv region, as announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

“We are continuing the programme initiated by the President of Ukraine to support higher education institutions in frontline areas. The Government has reallocated UAH 30.6 million to ensure universities in Mykolaiv region can continue functioning despite air raid alerts and shelling,” the Head of Government stated.

She noted that UAH 300 million has already been allocated to higher education institutions in Sumy, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

“Our goal is to strengthen educational institutions in frontline areas, enabling them to continue educating and training specialists,” Yulia Svyrydenko emphasised.
