Yulia Svyrydenko: 160 agreements worth over EUR 10 billion will be signed at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026

It is expected that 160 agreements worth more than EUR 10 billion will be signed at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026, according to Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.

Within the framework of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Gdańsk, the following are planned:

• Signing of about 160 agreements and announcement of more than 30 partnerships totaling over EUR 10 billion.
• Participation of more than 80 Ukrainian companies in the largest business fair in URC history, together with 2,000 business representatives from around the world.
• Launch of a new format Energy Platform, aimed to become a permanent tool for mobilizing international support for Ukraine’s energy sector.

Opening the event, the Head of Government emphasized that the core priorities are security, energy resilience, private sector growth, and attracting investment. Recovery of Ukraine is not only about rebuilding what was destroyed — it is an investment in a strong Europe.

That is why strengthening Ukraine’s defense industry is a priority. “Today, our defense sector is developing cutting-edge technologies that have proven effective on the battlefield – and are already helping protect Europe,” stressed the Prime Minister.

Separately, Yulia Svyrydenko thanked European partners for the crucial financial support instrument amounting to EUR 90 billion. It is expected that during the Conference the first tranche of EUR 3.2 billion will be announced.

This is another signal of trust in Ukraine and support for reforms.

According to the Prime Minister, it is symbolic that the URC is being held in Gdańsk, Poland — a city where solidarity has once changed history. “There is no freedom without solidarity” is a slogan that is once again relevant in times of shared security challenges.
