Ensuring the provision of proper administrative services and quality services to war veterans and their families is among the priorities of the Ministry of Veterans' Affairs of Ukraine. This was emphasized by the Minister of Veterans' Affairs of Ukraine Yulia Laputina during a live broadcast on Ukrainian Radio on Wednesday, April 5.

The Ministry of Veterans' Affairs, together with the All-Ukrainian Association of the Administrative Services Delivering Centers, has started training for CASPs (Centers for Administrative Services Provision) employees in all regions of Ukraine. During April, they will get acquainted with the list of veteran services, practical cases on the peculiarities of interaction with veterans in the Centers. They will also receive answers to the most common questions from specialists of the specialized departments of the Ministry of Veterans' Affairs and psychologists.

"We have initiated changes to the list of administrative services provided through the CASPs. Now, in addition to all the services already provided at the CASPs, 19 more services related to the realization of veterans' rights are added. The start of implementation will be announced shortly.

When a large number of our Defenders return from the front after the victory, they should have access to a one-stop shop where they can receive proper services. We rely on the CASPs, which are available in almost every locality and where a person can physically go to receive a particular service, in an accessible, fast and high-quality manner," the Minister of Veterans' Affairs emphasized.

Yulia Laputina also informed about the work and capacity of the e-Veteran information resource (https://eveteran.gov.ua), which was created by the Ministry of Veterans on the basis of the Unified State Register of War Veterans. The website provides comprehensive information on social protection issues, statuses, and, having identified oneself with an electronic digital signature, one can use digital veteran services.
