eOselia: Some 141 Ukrainian families received affordable mortgages over a week
Last week, under the affordable mortgage eOselia program, Ukrainians received 141 new loans totaling UAH 278 million.
Loans at 3% were granted to:
- 55 servicemen and representatives of the security sector
- 6 educators
- 5 medical workers
- 2 scientist
- 2 veterans
Loans at 7% were granted to:
• 39 Ukrainians without their own housing
• 32 internally displaced persons (IDPs).
Since the beginning of 2026, 4,815 Ukrainians used the eOselia program and took loans worth UAH 9.4 billion.
The largest number of loans last week were issued in Kyiv region — 51, Kyiv city – 21, Volyn region — 14, and Lviv region — 11.
By property type, 77 loans were issued for first-sale housing, including 52 loans for properties under construction. Another 64 loans were issued for housing on the secondary market.
The eOselia program also offers additional opportunities for IDPs and residents of frontline territories. It provides state compensation of 70% of the down payment, 70% of monthly payments during the first year of the loan, as well as up to UAH 40,000 for related expenses when arranging a mortgage.
Background
The eOselia program is part of the Made in Ukraine policy, which aims to stimulate demand for Ukrainian goods and create favorable conditions for the development of production.
The program is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and PJSC Ukrfinzhytlo. The partner banks of eOselia are Oschadbank, Privatbank, UGB Bank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Bank Credit Dnipro, TASCOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
