eOselia: Over the past week, 156 new loans were issued for a total of UAH 314 million
Over the past week, 156 new loans were issued for a total of UAH 314 million.
Of these, loans at 3% were issued to the following categories of citizens:
- 60 military personnel and representatives of the security sector;
- 4 educators;
- 3 scientists;
- 2 medical professionals.
Loans at 7% were issued to:
- 58 Ukrainians without their own housing
- 24 internally displaced persons
- 5 veterans.
In total, since the beginning of 2025, 7,024 Ukrainians have taken advantage of the eOselia program and received preferential mortgages worth UAH 13.3 billion.
The largest number of loans under the program were granted in Kyiv region – 41, in the city of Kyiv – 38, and in Lviv region – 11.
By type of property: 126 Ukrainians received loans for first-time housing purchases, 50 of which were for properties under construction. Another 67 loans were issued for the purchase of housing on the secondary market.
Background information
The eOselia program is part of the “Made in Ukraine” policy, which aims to stimulate demand for Ukrainian goods and create favorable conditions for the development of production.
The program is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and PJSC Ukrfinzhytlo. The partner banks of eOselia are Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Bank Credit Dnipro, TASCOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
