National Cashback payments for August have started: Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture

Payments for August 2025 under the National Cashback programme have begun. In the coming days, participants will receive UAH 509 million from the state. This is a record monthly compensation for purchases of domestically produced goods since the programme’s launch. The payout amount is nearly one-and-a-half times higher than last year: August 2024 – UAH 342 million; August 2025 – UAH 509 million.

“The payouts under the National Cashback programme show that state economic support tools are working – even amid the challenges of wartime. Every hryvnia returned to the consumer simultaneously supports Ukrainian producers: it stimulates demand, preserves jobs, and ensures the stability of the domestic market. The programme has become an example of how joint efforts by the state, business, and citizens create real economic impact. We are sincerely grateful to Ukrainians who consciously choose domestically produced goods and contribute to the growth of our economy,” commented Andrii Teliupa, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.

In August, Ukrainians purchased domestically produced goods worth nearly UAH 5.1 billion. Over 3.6 million buyers supported national producers, making their contribution to the country’s economic development.

To date, more than 1,860 companies across various sectors – from food processing to pharmaceuticals, light industry, and the book market – have joined the National Cashback programme. Each new producer that joins gains additional opportunities for growth and competitiveness in the domestic market.

In total, throughout 2025, approximately UAH 4 billion in cashback has already been paid to buyers under the National Cashback programme.
