State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Volodymyr Bondarenko took part in signing of the multilateral Memorandum on Strategic Partnership and Cooperation between the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Stanford Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law, the Professional Government Association  and the Kyiv School of Economics Charitable Foundation. The document was also inked by Stanford University Professor Francis Fukuyama, Vice President for Public Administration of Kyiv School of Economics Inna Sovsun and Head of the Professional Government Association Board Artem Shaipov.

The signing of the Memorandum gives the green light to the launch of the Civil Service Feedback Loop Initiative

The core objective of the said initiative is to establish a strategic partnership and cooperation between the stakeholders aimed at studying the culture of the civil service of Ukraine, increasing its efficiency and strengthening the Government's capability to ensure the development of Ukraine. In 2018, Ministries will be engaged in the project implementation.

The expected results of the project are recommendations on improving the public administration system civil service, governance practices and policy making.
