    It is of great importance to receive real feedback from people in order to understand what concerns them. For our large country, such tools as a contact center are of huge significance. Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said during a visit to the Governmental Contact Center, which celebrates the 10th anniversary of its establishment.

    "Employees of the Center receive hundreds of thousands appeals, so it is important that every appeal received a relevant response. We allocate funds for the support and development of the Center, but no modern equipment will help when human attitude to the problems of others is lacking", the Head of Government stressed.

    Ukrainians can contact the Governmental hotline 24 hours a day with questions about social and retirement security, medicine, education, subsidies provision and a lot of other areas.

    Over the past 10 years, the Government Contact Center has processed 9.5 million appeals from Ukrainians, of which 4.4 million have only been directed in the 3 years of working together with the Government of Volodymyr Groysman.

    It is particularly valuable that the Center not only accepted these appeals, but also provided 5 million consultations and explanations.

    "Your work is complicated. But being able to calm a person, to understand his/her problems and support is a gift. I express gratitude from the whole Government for your everyday tireless work and high professionalism. I believe that the next 10 years of operation of the Government Contact Center will be successful", the Head of Government added.


    Government hotline is a mechanism for communication between the Government and citizens allowing to fast-track solving problem issues raised by citizens in their appeals, as well as improve the work of executive authorities in the light of public opinion.

    Phone calls to the Government Contact Center 1545 are accepted 24 hours a dayelectronic appeal to the executive authorities is available to submit through the website of the Government Contact Center: www.ukc.gov.ua.

    On the basis of the Governmental hotline there operate separate lines on topical issues of government policy:

    - hotline for entrepreneurs 0 800 503 045;

    - providing information and counseling on issues related to the implementation of healthcare reform;

    - providing information about subsidies to reimburse expenses for the payment of housing and communal services;

    - appeals on problematic issues concerning residents of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, as well as the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
