Educational chatbot is launched in Ukraine

On April 17, 2022, the team of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with the support of Switzerland in partnership with the Swiss-Ukrainian project DECIDE presented the educational chatbot EducationUaBot.

"Despite russia's brutal war in Ukraine and the high level of danger involved in the educational process, we continue to create new avenues for communication and assistance. Our main tasks are to preserve the health and lives of pupils, students, their parents, teachers and scientists, as well as to create appropriate conditions for work, study and self-development," said Minister of Education and Science Serhii Shkarlet.

Chatbot is designed to find the following information:

search for a kindergarten, school or college abroad;

online learning in Ukraine;

restoration of personal documents on education;

continuation of teaching and work during the war.

In addition, with the help of a chatbot person can check the information about returning to school (regardless of location).
