State Statistics Service: Food prices have dropped in Ukraine

In May food and beverage prices went down as compared with April. In general, consumer prices have stayed unchanged, according to data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
Buckwheat and vegetables have become cheaper (9.5% and 7.3% respectively). The prices for milk, dairy products, lard, vegetables and fruits have also dropped. Prices of fish and fish products and bread have slightly increased.
