On November 5, 2019, Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Goncharuk presented the revised draft State Budget 2020.

According to the document, expenditures for the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports will grow by 23% next year and amount to UAH 15.1 billion.

In particular, the Government has budgeted UAH 6.2 billion for creative industries and cultural development, UAH 4.1 billion for sports, and UAH 2.6 billion for information policy of Ukraine.

Youth mobility program (UAH 500 million) and the opening of tourism potential (UAH 240 million) were for the first time included in the draft State Budget of Ukraine.
