Today, on October 2, at its meeting the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a number of important decisions.
In particular, the Government postponed until January 1, 2020, the application of fines to owners of non-cleared vehicles with foreign registration plates.
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers created a number of territorial units of the State Customs Service and introduced a pilot project to digitize the process of submission of orders for carrying out customs inspections of goods and transport. From now on, this procedure will be online, thereby reducing the number of unreasonable delays in the clearance process, reducing a corruption component and unnecessary expenditures for businesses. Every process will be available to track online.
The Government also decided that the state will now assume a commitment to finance the preparation of the national team of Ukraine and its participation in international competitions The Invictus Games within the framework of the program for rehabilitation and support of veterans.
Besides, the Government approved a resolution containing that the debtor's property will be sold through e-auctions Prozorro.Sales. The document will allow for an increase in the price to sale debtors' property, including the assets of insolvent banks, as well as eliminating abuses that used to take place when such property had been sold to insiders at a reduced price.
Apart from that, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine took a series of staff decisions.
To the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Maksymchuk Anatolii has been appointed as First Deputy Minister;
Podoliak Iryna as Deputy Minister;
Shumilin Volodymyr as Deputy Minister.
To the Ministry of Defense:
Martseniuk Oleksii as Deputy Minister;
Frolova Alina as Deputy Minister.
Meanwhile, the Government dismissed Kuzio Mykola from his post as Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources for European Integration.
Moreover, the Cabinet of Ministers made a decision to dismiss Lazebna Maryna from the post of the Head of the State Social Service.
Two layoffs were agreed at the State Film Agency of Ukraine:
Neretin Serhii from the position of the First Deputy Chairman;
Nedzelskyy Serhii from the position of Deputy Chairman.
In addition, a decision was made to temporarily confer the duties of the Head of the State Agency for Motor Roads of Ukraine upon Fedorenko Oleh, while the duties of the Head of the State Film Agency of Ukraine upon Shevchuk Yulia.
