Gov’t allots UAH 15.95 billion to provide social guarantees and increase the combat capabilities of the Armed Forces

According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the allocation of funds from the reserve fund of the state budget", the Ministry of Defense will be allocated UAH 15.95 billion to enhance the state's defense capabilities in martial law.

In particular, the legal act provides for sufficient funding for the payment of cash benefits to servicemen, one-time cash benefits in connection with the death of the military, purchase of weapons and military equipment.

Moreover, the Ministry of Defense is disbursed funding from the state budget reserve fund to pay additional remuneration to servicemen who are directly involved in hostilities or ensure the implementation of national security and defense measures, repulse and deterrence of the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine.
