The Government at its meeting has transferred 100 percent of shares of large state-run enterprises, including SE Artyomsol to the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

"The monopoly of Artyomsol is not just artificial - the company used price-gouging in Ukraine. It received a fine of UAH 3.14 million from the Antimonopoly Committee. The management of the state-owned enterprise is involved in bribery cases worth UAH 800,000. We put a halt to this - Artyomsol will be privatized through a fair and transparent auction," the Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk commented of the Government decision.
