Gov’t has approved a bill on cooperation with the International Criminal Court
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved and submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on cooperation between Ukraine and the International Criminal Court.
"This draft law, in fact, regulates such cooperation so that the International Criminal Court can more effectively prosecute the servicemen of the russian federation, so that all of them sooner or later end their careers in The Hague," said Justice Minister Denys Maliuska.
In addition, the Government has approved a normative act - large, essential and significant, concerning the work of registers and notaries during martial law. This means that in the near future, in the coming days, the real estate market will be open and it would be possible to issue much more registration actions for legal entities and natural persons-entrepreneurs with restrictions related to martial law.
