The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is drafting a decision to terminate the program of economic cooperation with the Russian Federation, approved during the presidency of Viktor Yanukovych, and to prolong an active sanctions policy against the aggressor. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman on air of 112.UA TV channel.
"We are preparing a decision to break off a program of economic cooperation. We will spare no effort to ensure the country aggressor pay a high price for their hostile actions", the Head of Government stressed.
He drew attention to the fact that today Ukraine is reorienting the economy from East to West and other countries.
"It is hard, difficult, but we engage in the process of realigning our economy from the East to the West and other countries. It will be our advantage", added Volodymyr Groysman. "We will restrict and break off cooperation with the aggressor."
