Government ensures the provision of rehabilitation services to citizens affected by russian aggression

At its session on October 4, 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made changes to the Procedure for Implementation of Rehabilitation Measures aimed to expand the list of categories of persons who can be provided with rehabilitation services.

This will enable to promptly confer rehabilitation services to combatants and civilians who were injured, maimed, and got other diseases in the areas of military operations, regardless of whether the disability is claimed.

The adopted government’s decision is aimed at supporting both categories of civilians and defenders who suffered as a result of the full-scale aggression of the russian occupiers.

Moreover, the Procedure for the implementation of rehabilitation measures stipulates the possibility of submitting the necessary documents at the actual place of stay of citizens, including in a military hospital.
