Government disburses funding for an additional 2,000 portable power stations for families with children with subgroup A disabilities
An additional 2,000 families with children with disabilities in subgroup A will be eligible to receive portable charging stations. The Government has established a funding mechanism that will allow for the continuation and expansion of the previously launched targeted support program. This was announced by Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
“We have decided to increase to 30% the share of budget funds from the State Fund for Decarbonization and Energy Efficiency Transformation that can be allocated for the purchase and delivery of such devices,” the Prime Minister said.
The equipment is procured by JSC “Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine,” while delivery is handled by JSC “Ukrposhta.” Immediately after the stations are procured and delivered to Ukraine, they are distributed according to the lists received by the Fund.
Previously, 10,000 families of children with disabilities in subgroup A received portable charging stations with an approximate capacity of 2 kWh.
Applications for a portable charging station can be submitted until April 1, 2026, through the regional offices of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
