Government allocates UAH 34 million for water supply in Mykolaiv region

The Government today approved a decision to allocate UAH 34 million for water supply in Mykolaiv region.
“To ensure stable access to water during the dry period, the Government has redistributed UAH 34 million within the state programme to meet the needs of Mykolaiv region. The cascade of reservoirs in the Berezan River basin provides drinking water to over 9,200 residents across 15 communities and irrigation for nearly 10,000 hectares of agricultural land,” said Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko following the Cabinet of Ministers meeting.
