At an extraordinary meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, on the grounds specified in the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions,” submitted for consideration by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine proposals on the imposition of personal sanctions against Tymur Mindich and Oleksandr Tsukerman.
