Government regulates use of electronic queue service at military recruitment centres

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has regulated the use of the electronic queue service for appointments at Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centres.

The relevant amendments to paragraph 9 of the Regulation on Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centres were approved at the Government meeting on Wednesday.

“This enables us to deliver on our key priorities: people-centric services, process digitalisation, seamless interaction between the state and citizens, and convenient services. We are eliminating physical queues at recruitment centres, enhancing security, speeding up and streamlining citizen appointment procedures,” said Minister of Defence Denys Shmyhal.

The electronic queue service at recruitment centres has been operating in test mode since May last year. From 1 May 2025, the service was launched on an updated platform at https://echerga.mod.gov.ua. Here, conscripts can independently select their recruitment centre based on their place of registration or actual residence and receive an SMS with the date and time of their visit.

The adopted decision is one of the steps towards building an electronic recruitment centre ecosystem and aims to simplify citizens’ access to services related to military registration.
