Government approves decision to announce competition for the selection of members of Naftogaz of Ukraine supervisory board

The Cabinet of Ministers has passed a decision to announce a competition for the selection of members of the supervisory board of NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine". This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

“This is yet another step in the Government’s plan to renew the management of all state-run companies in the energy sector,” said the Head of Government. “The contracts of the current members expire in January. Accordingly, we are launching the competition now in order to approve the new composition of the supervisory body in a timely manner while ensuring the continuity of its work.”

The Prime Minister stressed that the new composition of Naftogaz's supervisory board is expected to be formed by January 20, 2026.
