On 29 October, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the amendments to CMU Resolutions No. 562 of 7 May 2022 and No. 1364 of 6 December 2022, prepared by the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories.
The amendments provide for the improvement of the information system on the list of territories where hostilities are (were) being conducted or which are temporarily occupied by the russian federation.
Thus, foreign banks will be able to correctly determine and apply the status of a particular locality in Ukraine where a Ukrainian business entity is located.
The adopted amendments will facilitate the smooth execution of export-import transactions of business entities located in the frontline areas.
