    Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, during a working trip to the Odesa region, got acquainted with the conditions of accommodation of internally displaced persons in the Izmail city center for social and psychological rehabilitation of children. 

    "The Government exerts every effort to ensure comfortable living conditions for IDPs. Currently, there are payment programs for internally displaced: UAH 2,000 for adults and UAH 3,000 for children and persons with disabilities. The sum worth UAH 6,500 is compensated to employers for each hired internally displaced person. Local budgets receive compensation for utilities," the Prime Minister noted.

    In communication with the Head of the Government, people temporarily living in the Izmail city center for social and psychological rehabilitation of children confirmed receiving funds under the program. According to them, the institution has all the comfortable conditions. 

    As the Prime Minister was informed, by now citizens who had left the country started to return home and were staying in Izmail. About 250 people arrive daily, whole more than 16,000 people have already returned.
