At a meeting on January 24, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved six winners of the selection process for the positions of members of the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz: four independent members and two state representatives. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

The Head of Government also noted that the process of selecting the director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau was entering the final stage.

“The Government is interested in the competition being completed as soon as possible so that we get a professional head of this key state institution,” emphasized Denys Shmyhal.

At the same time, the Government continues to implement other necessary reforms, which are essential for Ukraine and are an integral part of European integration. According to the Prime Minister, in particular, a course is being pursued to reduce the role of the state in the economy through privatization and public-private partnerships, as well as to digitalize government processes.
