The Government has approved a draft agreement with Citibank that will allow Ukraine to receive EUR 31 million to rebuild six bridges and overpasses. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
According to him, these are projects in the Kyiv region that will improve logistics and facilitate the return of life to the de-occupied territories.
"The task of the Deputy Prime Minister for Recovery, the relevant agency, local administrations is to ensure that all these resources that we attract and mobilize are used effectively and transparently. All projects should be implemented quickly. We expect the results this year," emphasized Denys Shmyhal.
In addition, the Government approved a decision to continue the project with the European Investment Bank to restore Mykolaivvodokanal. According to the Prime Minister, this will help to improve the water supply and sewage system in the city, "especially in the context of the destruction caused by russian terrorists".
