Ukraine will receive 150 million euros to support the state programs Affordable Loans at 5-7-9% and Affordable Financial Leasing at 5-7-9%

Today, Minister of Finance of Ukraine Serhii Marchenko and Director of the KfW for Eastern Europe, Caucasus, and Central Asia Olaf Zymelka inked a loan agreement of €150 million.

"I would like to thank the representatives of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and KfW for their support during this crucial period for Ukraine. The provided funds will strengthen the financial system of our country, as well as continue the implementation of state programs to support small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine, "said Serhii Marchenko during the signing.

According to the terms of the Agreement, the loan is granted for a period of 15 years (including the grace period for deferral of repayment of the principal amount of the loan - 5 years) at a floating interest rate with the possibility of conversion to a fixed rate after full repayment.

Loans will be directed to the state budget to refinance the costs incurred under the state programs "Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%" and "Affordable Financial Leasing at 5-7-9%" .
