“Norway is one of the key donors to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund and a crucial partner in the energy sector. I am grateful to Norway for announcing a new USD 400 million contribution in emergency support to strengthen energy resilience and procure critically needed equipment,” the Prime Minister emphasised.

The Head of the Ukrainian Government extended her gratitude for the decision to continue the partnership in 2026 and disburse USD 8.3 billion within the Nansen Programme. In 2026, Norway also plans to make additional allocations to Norfund Investment Fund to support business development and investment projects in Ukraine.
