The country's management system is changing, and the overall situation is improving. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman stated in an interview with the Slovak broadsheet SME. The interview took place as part of the working visit of the Head of Government to Slovakia on April 16, 2019.

"It's really hard to change throughout 5 years what has been maintained for 25 years. It isn’t easy for Ukrainian citizens. We have a lot of security problems amid Russian aggression", the Head of Government said. "By 2014, the country had not undergone any reforming at all. Healthcare, economy, education, and infrastructure were not viable. I think that we have recently managed to create the basis to provide a better life for Ukrainians."

The Prime Minister reminded that when assuming the office of the Prime Minister he had seen his mission to ensure the prosperity of the country.

"The system is getting better, it is changing. The situation will be improving. We already receive positive signals in various spheres", the Head of Government noted.
