This week Kyiv hosts a main planning conference Clear Sky 2018. Its participants discuss and agree technical, organizational, financial, logistics issues of the upcoming exercise, consider draft Exercise Technical Agreement and draft exercise planning documents.
The conference gather together more than 90 experts from Ukraine, the USA, Romania, Poland, Belgium, Denmark, the UK, the Northern Ireland, the Netherlands, Greece, and Estonia.
The multinational exercise will be held in autumn 2018 in Khmelnytsky and Vinnytsia oblasts. Within the framework of the exercise, airmen from different countries will work out tasks together and enhance their skills in combined environment. For Ukraine, this exercise fosters the achievement of the NATO standards, as well as the increase of the regional security.
