The Invictus Games ended on April 22 in The Hague. On the last day of the Games, Ukrainians competed in cycling. Rustam Rosul, Serhii Pryadka, Viktor Legkodukh and Serhii Kalytiuk could not succeed in the fight for medals, but were satisfied with their performance.

In total, at the Invictus Games, the Ukrainian team won 16 medals in swimming, archery, athletics and rowing on simulators: 5 gold, 5 silver and 6 bronze medals.

As a reminder the Invictus Games were held in The Hague from April 16 to 22, 2022, as they were twice postponed due to the pandemic. The Ukrainian national team has been participating in the competition since 2017. This year our team was represented in eight sports.

Servicemen and veterans who got injuries, wounds, contusions or illnesses while performing combat missions in defense of the homeland take part in the Games. The first Invictus Games took place in 2014 in London.

We thank our veterans of the Armed Forces, who once again demonstrated the strength and power of Ukrainians with their sporting achievements and supported the fighting spirit of their comrades at the front!
