In 2023, the State Budget of Ukraine attracted USD 42.6 billion in external financing.
The major donors of financial assistance are as follows:
- The EU - USD 19.7 billion (concessional financing);
- The U.S. - USD 11 billion (grants);
- IMF - USD 4.5 billion (concessional financing);
- Japan - USD 3.6 billion (concessional financing and grants);
- Canada - USD 1.8 billion (concessional financing);
- United Kingdom - USD 1 billion (guarantee);
- The World Bank - USD 652 million (concessional financing).
