“In order to ensure people have smaller utility bills next winter, we need to invest in thermal modernization right now. In some cities, there is such an obsolete infrastructure that causes heating losses more than 60% and this is paid for by Ukrainians. We will halt this mess,” Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk said that on the live broadcast of Savik Shuster's Freedom of Speech program.

"We will exert every effort this year to update the infrastructure and start a large-scale thermal modernization program", Oleksiy Honcharuk underscored.
