  • Situation in energy system: power generation sufficient to meet consumer demand, numerous settlements in two regions without power due to bad weather

    At night, the enemy launched a massive UAV attack, particularly on Kyiv region. There were no hits or damage to energy infrastructure in the region.

    The occupiers continue to terrorise the frontline and border areas. As a result of shelling in Donetsk region, 6 settlements were cut off from power supply, and some consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Kharkiv regions also lost power.

    Some consumers in Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Chernihiv oblasts remain without power due to earlier shelling.

    Repair crews are working where the security situation allows.

    There are power outages due to bad weather. As a result, 12 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region and 31 settlements in Dnipropetrovsk region are without electricity.

    Overnight, power was restored to 23,800 consumers.

    The power generation and consumption situation is stable and under control.

    The electricity generated is sufficient to meet the needs of consumers. There is no deficit in the power system.

    Yesterday, there was a commercial import of electricity. It amounted to 350 MW.

    There were also exports to Poland – up to 200 MW.

    As for the situation in the gas sector.

    Over the day, the volume of gas in Ukrainian storage facilities increased by 26 million cubic metres. Gas reserves amount to over 9.4 billion cubic metres.
