    SITUATION IN THE FRONTLINE REGIONS

In Kharkiv region, power engineers repaired the damage to the grid caused by hostile shelling and reconnected more than 11,000 customers in the city of Vovchansk and the surrounding areas. Restoration work was carried out in the mined area with the support of demining teams.

In Sumy and Chernihiv regions, 14 settlements that were cut off from electricity supply due to shelling of the border areas were reconnected.

Some customers in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Chernihiv regions remain without power. Repair crews are working where the security situation allows.

CONSEQUENCES OF THE KAKHOVKA HPP DAM BLOW-UP

In Kherson, 110 customers who were cut off from power supply as a result of flooding were reconnected after the restoration works. These are residents of five-storey buildings. The restoration work will continue in the Ostrov neighbourhood, where about 10,400 customers remain without power. Unfortunately, the repair work has been slowed down by shelling.

    POWER GENERATION

Power engineers continue to prepare the power system for the heating season, which may be affected by russian attacks. A large-scale repair campaign is underway at thermal, hydro and nuclear generation facilities.

    SITUATION AT THE ZNPP

There is a slight decrease in the water level in the ZNPP cooling pond. It is currently at 16.13 metres. This is sufficient to meet the needs of the plant.

    EXPORT/IMPORT

Commercial electricity imports over the past day totalled 1,260.00 MWh. There were no exports.
