    POWER GENERATION

    A 240 MW thermal power generation unit has been repaired as part of a large-scale power facilities repair campaign.

    The repair campaign at thermal, hydro and nuclear power generation facilities continues. The electricity generated by Ukrainian power plants is fully sufficient to meet the needs of consumers. There is no shortage.

    CONSEQUENCES OF BAD WEATHER

    Due to the bad weather and resulting technological disruptions, 140 settlements in Kyiv, Poltava, Lviv, Chernihiv, Odesa and Chernivtsi regions lost power. The vast majority of them are in Kyiv region.

    CONSEQUENCES OF SHELLING

    At night, the enemy struck again at the territory of Ukraine. A blast wave smashed windows in the boiler room of a thermal power plant, but no personnel were injured and no equipment was damaged.

    SITUATION IN THE FRONTLINE REGIONS

    Enemy terror continues in the frontline and border regions with russia. The shelling caused power outages in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Chernihiv and Kharkiv regions.

    As a result of earlier shelling, some consumers in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions are still without electricity.

    Repair teams are working where the security situation allows.

    In Kherson region, 1 settlement that had been without power since the beginning of the de-occupation has been reconnected.

    CONSEQUENCES OF THE KAKHOVKA HPP DAM BLOW-UP

    Efforts are underway to record and eliminate the consequences of the flood caused by the dam blast. In Kherson, 12,900 customers are still without electricity.

    Power engineers are working to restore power supply.

    SITUATION AT THE ZNPP

    A slight decrease in the water level in the cooling pond has been recorded. It is currently at 16.46 metres. This is sufficient to meet the needs of the plant.
