There is no shortage of electricity in the power system. Commercial electricity imports are planned.

There are four TPP units in reserve that can be put into operation as needed. The power system is balanced. The situation is under control. No blackout schedules are in place.

    Consequences of shelling

In Donetsk region, power engineers have partially restored power to a thermal power plant that was subjected to massive enemy shelling the day before.

    State of the grid

A 110 kV overhead line was damaged during the shelling of a frontline TPP. A team of power engineers repairing it came under fire – fortunately, there were no casualties.

In Chernihiv region, several hostile attacks damaged 10 kV overhead lines of a regional power company. This resulted in the simultaneous disconnection of over 3,800 consumers in 9 settlements.

    Import/export

Electricity imports are planned at 11,600 MWh. Exports to Moldova are planned during night hours.
