Outage schedules in Kharkiv region in effect; renewable energy production was limited yesterday
POWER GENERATION, TRANSMISSION, CONSUMPTION
Over the past day, due to network restrictions on the transmission system operator’s lines, outage schedules were applied in Kharkiv region. The restrictions are still in place today.
In the daytime, due to sunny weather and, accordingly, increased electricity generation by SPPs, the transmission system operator limited the generation of electricity from renewable sources. Surplus electricity was also supplied to Poland. In the evening, electricity was supplied from Poland for an hour. The Ukrainian power system is currently operating stably.
