The adoption of the necessary legislative framework and the start of the work of an independent anti-corruption court will provide a good message for the citizens that fair justice is resumed, while for the investors – that Ukraine is willing to demonstrate progress and protect property rights. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman announced on the air of one of the TV channels.
"An independent anti-corruption court is essential for us, and here we have to take into account all the recommendations of the Venice Commission (regarding draft laws), keeping in mind that judiciary must be immune from influence", the Prime Minister summed.
