Two more networks and online retailers have joined the Winter Support payment program

Winter Support and National Cashback can now be spent at NOVUS and LIGA PRIM stores, as well as online at ROZETKA website.

In total, Ukrainian-made food products can be purchased in 12 stores: Auchan, SPAR, VARUS, Torba, and Sim23 (and Simi), Blyzenko, Fozzy Group stores: Silpo, Fora, THRASH!TRASH!, Fozzy. One can also order online at MAUDAU.

Please note that today, December 24, is the last day to apply for UAH 1,000 Winter Support payment. Applications can be submitted online via the Diia app or in person at Ukrposhta branches.

"Over 17 million Ukrainians have already applied for the Winter Support. This is a social program designed to provide support to Ukrainians during difficult times. Our task is to make the use of these funds as simple as possible, with new retailers joining the program. Currently, purchases can be paid for in 12 retail chains and on two online platforms," said Oleksiy Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

Winter Support and National Cashback funds can be used for:

- utilities;

- medicines and medical products;

- books and printed materials;

- postal services;

- charitable contributions, including support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine;

- Ukrainian-made food products (except for excise goods).

Important: UAH 1,000 hryvnia Winter Support is not available to those who are outside Ukraine or in temporarily occupied territory.

Funds received on the National Cashback card upon application through Diia must be used by June 30, 2026.
