Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of Moldova Vasile Tofan.
"I thanked the new government for its unwavering support of Ukraine. Our countries share a common goal — EU membership — and we will move toward it together," said Sergii Koretskyi.
The parties discussed joint infrastructure projects and agreed to seek mutually acceptable solutions for organizing border control to make it faster and more convenient for people and businesses.
"Special attention was given to economic cooperation. I proposed resuming the work of the Intergovernmental Ukrainian‑Moldovan Joint Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation. I invited the Prime Minister to visit Ukraine," the Head of Government told.
