Sergii Koretskyi, at the invitation of the President, partakes in the meeting of the Coalition of the Willing

The Prime Minister Sergii Koretskyi, at the invitation of the President of Ukraine, took part in the meeting of the Coalition of the Willing.

"It is an extremely important and valuable format, and it is especially symbolic that the meeting was held in Kyiv on Ukraine’s Independence Day. Leaders of partner states joined the discussion — either in person or online," noted the Head of Government.

In a statement, Sergii Koretskyi provided the partners with a thorough and detailed briefing on the real macroeconomic situation, the financial deficit, the additional needs of the Defense Forces, the key challenges and risks facing Ukraine in 2026–2027. Moreover, the participants of the Coalition of the Willing addressed the ideas and mechanisms that can deliver the necessary solutions.

"We agreed to continue substantive work at the level of national governments and with involving European institutions, thereby allowing to strengthen Ukraine’s resilience and our defense capability," stressed the Prime Minister.

Sergii Koretskyi thanked the President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for his leadership, and the heads of the member states of the Coalition of the Willing for the concrete decisions that daily reinforce our shared security
