State Agency of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine and Privatbank have concluded an agreement to launch "Warm Loans" program this year.

From now on, condominiums can apply for co-financing for energy-efficient measures to three banks: Privatbank, as well as UkrGazBank, Oschadbank.

The more banks participating in the program, the more opportunities for anyone wishing to use the program.

Practice shows that competition among banks positively influenced the simplification of lending conditions and the reduction of interest rates.

As a reminder, under the terms of the program, condominiums receive from the state budget a refund of 40% to 70% of the amount of the warm loan.

Additional compensation is provided by local authorities. Presently there are in effect 72 local programs of cheap "warm loans" for condominiums.

By investing in energy efficiency, aftermath you can save on utility services, while savings - to use for important things for the benefits of your families and children", commented Serhii Savchuk, Head of the State Agency of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving.
