At its meeting on 25 October, the Government adopted several decisions aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s defence and restoring the economy, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.
First and foremost, the Government’s decision creates the necessary reserve for the construction of fortifications and engineering structures.
“This will be a stock of necessary materials that will allow us to quickly start building fortifications where it is necessary and where our military will decide,” the Prime Minister said.
The Government has also allocated UAH 142 million for six other reconstruction projects. These include UAH 64.5 million for the reconstruction of a hospital building in Zaporizhzhia. UAH 60 million to repair three apartment buildings in Irpin. Another UAH 18 million was allocated to repair two apartment buildings in Bucha.
