The fastest business registration in the world, automated construction services and a comprehensive service for parents of newborns e-Maliatko, an entry in the waiting list for vaccination from COVID-19 and others. For a year now, Ukrainians have been receiving all these services: without queues, bureaucracy and travel.

In April 2020, the Ministry of Digital Transformation launched the Diia (Action) portal. Today, it can make boast of more than 3.6 million visits to the portal. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov on his Facebook page.

"With the launch of the Diia, getting services has become much easier and more comfortable. Ukrainians now do not spend time getting to, walking around offices and queuing for hours or even days. We have minimized the human factor and made services as fast and accessible as possible. This is how we build a digital state - with the most convenient services in the world," said Mykhailo Fedorov.

We have launched the fastest business registration in the world. Services for opening, making changes and closing private entrepreneur’s business became one of the first online services on the Diia portal and one of the most popular. Thus, the process of private entrepreneur’s business registration was reduced from 30 to 3 stages. Now filling out the form takes only 10-15 minutes. By the way, we tested the opening of private entrepreneur’s business live - it took 7 minutes. To date, more than 275,000 Ukrainians have successfully used the services. While 94% of users are satisfied with the quality of these services.

We have completely changed business processes and made services for entrepreneurs convenient and humane. The Ministry of Digital Transformation apart from transferring this service to the Diia portal, has also greatly simplified the business registration process. The data previously entered by the applicant in the citizen's cabinet on the Diia portal are automatically drawn up to the application - as well as the electronic signature data. The citizen does not have to enter information about himself again.

It is critical that when opening a sole proprietorship business you can also register as a VAT payer. In addition, the sole proprietorship registration service includes registration of single tax payers by the tax service and state statistics bodies. Behind the scenes of the project - regulatory and technical reengineering, as well as training of state registrars.

Due to this, in 2020 about 40% of entrepreneurs opened a sole proprietorship online. In 2019, this figure was only 5%.

Online services for sole proprietors also have a significant anti-corruption effect - potentially they can save up to UAH 255 million. And 81% of users recognize the effectiveness of services in the fight against corruption.

And this spring, the Ministry of Digital Transformation will launch automatic services for private individuals so that after the appeal of citizens the automatic system made the decision on registration of the physical person-businessman, modification or closing. Eventually, all public services should become automatic and exclude human intervention.

In addition, services for LLCs are also available on the Diia portal. The service of opening a limited liability company takes about 30 minutes. We currently have 1,700 open LLCs.
